Pet Bookings overview
When you click on the bookings page you get taken to the current month, with todays date highlighted, from here you can:
- See immediately the availability for every day of the month – which pets are arriving, which pets are leaving, which pets are currently boarded.
- Easily switch between months.
- Quickly add a new booking with a date and number of days, and select the duration.
- Print the “Pets in residence report” , “Arrivals report” and the “departures report”.
Manage your customers and their pets
Use Revelation to manage all of your boarding customers and their pets:
- Check the booster date of the pets vaccinnations.
- Quickly find your customers phone, and pet names.
- View the customers activity and jump straight to the booking details.
- Keep notes about customers to refresh your memory.

Using the account settings page you can configure the system for your business:
- Upload your own logo.
- Add directions to find your kennel or cattery.
- Add cancellation notes.
- Set the number of runs/rooms your business has.
- Set the rate for a DIFFERENT pet types and the amounts to charge if they share a run.

We know pet boarding is your business and that the data is very important. We take both physical and network security seriously ensuring your data is safe. In addition, information that passes between your computer and our servers is encrypted using a technology called SSL which is the same technology that banks use to protect data.

No-one has access to your account apart from you. And unlike desktop applications, if your computer is lost or stolen your data is still safe and secured. So if you’re using a desktop application now, what would happen if the machine crashed? With Revelation, you just hop on another internet enabled machine and you’re back in action.
