It is so much easier to get everything organized, from pets vaccinations, personal details, and medical notes. I love the reports (sales, payments, outstanding payments, occupancy). It's just brilliant! Sending end-of-year/end-of-quarter reports to the accountant takes seconds. Customer service is second to none. A real lifesaver and a joy to work with.
