Structured Scheduling: Enable the “Show time blocks in the Appointment module” setting in Account Settings » Online Bookings to present appointment slots in set time increments. This structured approach makes it easier for clients to find and book available times.
Customizable Durations: The default appointment duration is set to one hour, but you can customize this by going to Admin » Services and Costs » Appointments and editing each appointment type. This flexibility ensures the booking system aligns perfectly with your business operations.
Optimized Day Planning: The system uses the set duration combined with the time windows in Admin » Time Settings to organize the day into manageable appointment slots. This helps maximize your daily schedule and ensures efficient use of time.
Conflict-Free Booking: Booking your staff manually risks specialists being double-booked accidentally. With the Appointment Module, if the “Allow appointment bookings to be requested for the same time as another pet?” setting is disabled, the online booker will only show available slots. This prevents clients from booking a specialist for overlapping appointments, ensuring a smooth and conflict-free scheduling process.
